I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience. The location was perfect, not in a good neighborhood but close to the metro station, so it was easy to explore the city. The hotel itself was almost like being in the outskirts, yet right in the center of the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more pleasant. The room had all the amenities I could ask for, including air conditioning, mini-bar, and an in-room safe. I also appreciated the free toiletries and the flat-screen TV for some entertainment. The dining options were fantastic, with a restaurant and a bar/lounge area. And let's not forget the free breakfast, which was a great way to start the day.
All in all, I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family.

The room was very small. The location was not the best, but not really bad.

the staff were super friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was on point with an excellent selection of fresh food to delight your taste buds. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with free internet access and, most importantly, decently quiet.
Some parts of the building seemed a bit run down and neglected, which could potentially be a turn-off for some travellers.

The breakfast was enjoyable with lots of options to choose from and the service from the staff was friendly. the room was clean and comfortable, with daily cleaning service provided. A great benefit was the availability of computers and internet which was convenient for planning and coordinating adventures around the city. The hotel was easily accessible from the subway and within proximity to both the Santelmo and the 9 de Julio Avenue.
The location of the hotel was not as pleasant as expected, with some unpleasant nearby buildings and streets making it not ideal for a leisurely walk. the area could feel a little unsafe at times, which made returning to the hotel after dark not as comfortable.

Great Value & Comfortable Stay the hotel provided great value for money, with comfortable and clean rooms. the friendly staff made our stay enjoyable by offering useful tips on the best attractions nearby. the hotel is ideally located in the heart of the city with easy access to public transport and key tourist sites. the daily breakfast buffet was a highlight, with fresh and varied options available.
Poor Wi, Fi & Limited Amenities the hotel's Wi, Fi was disappointing, often cutting out and barely usable. the lack of amenities, like a swimming pool or workout facilities was also a drawback.
